Here at Stephanie Allin, we want to give all our brides an update in light of the Coronavirus situation and advise our policy to date.
Our main priority is to protect our brides and make sure their dresses are delivered as agreed. Please keep in touch with us ensuring we have up to date phone numbers and or email addresses – if you haven’t heard from us for a while please get in touch at any point to ensure we are keeping in close communication through this difficult period.
We are operational here at Stephanie Allin HQ and will continue to make and deliver dresses on time. As a British made brand, we are uniquely able to protect all of our orders. We have all the raw materials and a dedicated team to do so.
All brides must keep to their agreed appointments, as long as you are well and symptom free. All members of staff here are adhering to strict hygiene guidelines.
We will not postpone any dress delivery date, and therefore everyone should carry on as normal. Should your wedding be postponed, we will still make your dress for the originally agreed date to take home. You will be billed for your dress as normal. As long as everyone follows these guidelines, your dress will be delivered and your purchase protected.
We want to ensure your dress is perfect for your big day. So if your wedding is postponed, we will do any additional tweaks nearer to your revised wedding date if needed.
